All orders ship from Hong Kong and typically arrive at your doorstep within 14 days. After you order, it takes 1–3 days to get the products ready and packed. After that, the products are handled by an international logistics company, and international delivery takes 7–10 days.

The international shipping company is Yunexpress. Local delivery companies include Royal Mail for the United Kingdom, CTT for Spain, DHL or Hermes for Germany, GLS for Poland, Italian Postage for Italy, and CIRRO Parcel for France.
